Jana Aupperlee

Jana Aupperlee is a Clinical Associate Professor and Ed.S. Coordinator in the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology and Special Education (CEPSE) at Michigan State University (MSU). She holds a Ph.D. from MSU and serves as the training co-director of the Mid-Michigan Psychology Internship Consortium. Her roles include directing clinical training for School Psychology programs and advising Ed.S. students in School Psychology. She teaches school-based and clinical courses and collaborates with local school psychologists to supervise second-year practicum students.

Dr. Aupperlee is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a Licensed Psychologist in Michigan. She specializes in health service psychology and focuses on preparing school psychology professionals through her 60-credit, 3-year Ed.S. program. Her work emphasizes practical training and collaboration with educational institutions.

As an educator and administrator, she contributes to advancing clinical practices in education through curriculum development, student mentorship, and internship coordination.
