Samuele Donatelli

Samuele Donatelli is an Associate Professor of Tax Law (IUS/12 – 12/D2) at Link Campus University in Rome, Faculty of Law. He previously taught Tax Law at Universitas Mercatorum in Rome and at Roma Tre University’s Faculty of Business Law. He holds a PhD in Tax Law from La Sapienza University in Rome and serves as a research fellow at the University of Bergamo’s Faculty of Law.

His research focuses on Tax Law, with over 60 scientific publications (50+ in A-ranked journals) and two monographic studies. He contributes to two A-ranked scientific journals as an editorial board member. Professionally, he is a lawyer admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and higher courts, specializing in tax law.
