Samuel Shannon

Samuel Shannon is a Doctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Public and International Law at the University of Oslo, affiliated with the Faculty of Law. He is part of the ENROL Project (Enforcing the Rule of Law), focusing on judicial enforcement mechanisms in EU law within 'rogue' Member States. His research examines meta-remedies in national courts and the European Commission’s enforcement powers under TFEU.

Professional Background: Pre-doctoral, he worked with Polish NGOs like Court Watch Poland Foundation and in private practice.
