Samuel Leung

Mr. Samuel Leung is a Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth within the Faculty of Technology, School of Civil Engineering & Surveying. With a background in civil engineering surveying and an MSc from London (1994), he has held academic roles at institutions including Nottingham Trent University, Oxford Brookes University, University of Southampton, and London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
