Samuel Fischer-Glaser is an Artistic Associate in Free Art and Art Education at the Academy of Fine Arts Nuremberg. He holds a Diploma in Fine Arts (Sculpture) from the Academy of Fine Arts Munich (2018) and has conducted studio work in Slovenia under Marjetica Potrc. His practice spans sculpture, performance art, and critical pedagogy, with a focus on antisemitism in contemporary art and socially engaged art education.
Key roles include founding the opera collective _DIVA_ (2020) and the Institute for Critical Conspiracy Theory_ with Yulia Lokshina. He mediates at institutions like the Lenbachhaus and has exhibited widely, including in Munich, Venice, and Budapest. Awards include Bavarian studio funding (2023-2025) and a scholarship from the Bavarian State Ministry (2021).
His research combines performative practices with critical theory, addressing themes like cultural memory and institutional critique. He has published works analyzing antisemitic motifs in art and co-curated exhibitions interrogating spatial politics.
