Dr. Samuel Baxter is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Gillings School of Global Public Health. He is also a Faculty Fellow at the Carolina Population Center, focusing on health services and men's health equity.
