Sambit Lenka is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Family Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO), Jönköping University. His research focuses on servitization in manufacturing firms, digital transformation, sustainable business models, and corporate social responsibility. He holds a PhD and has conducted extensive work on overcoming organizational barriers to digital servitization and value co-creation through digitalization capabilities.
Key research interests include exploring microfoundations of servitization, analyzing stakeholder mobilization in response to corporate social irresponsibility, and investigating circular business models. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical challenges in global markets, emphasizing how firms adapt to service-oriented transformations.
Recent publications highlight trends in digital platforms for construction supply chains, caste-based discrimination in microfinance, and path-dependence perspectives in manufacturing transformation. His research contributes to understanding how individual tactics and organizational strategies drive innovation and sustainability in complex business environments.
