Samantha Juliene

Samantha Juliene is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Marriage & Family Therapy at Pacific Oaks College, with campuses in Pasadena and online instruction. She holds licenses as an LCSW in multiple states including California, New York, Florida, Maine, Utah, and Arizona.

Samantha specializes in trauma therapy with a focus on survivors of sexual abuse, human trafficking, conversion therapy, and CPTSD. Her therapeutic approach integrates multiple evidence-based modalities including IFS, EFT, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, Brain-spotting, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness. She has extensive experience working in inpatient hospitals, LGBTQ+ centers, community mental health, and private practice settings since 2015.

She is the founder of UnBroken, a nonprofit organization that connects survivors of Institutional Abuse and Conversion Therapy to free legal, therapeutic, and vocational resources. Her research focuses on the long-term effects of institutional abuse and conversion therapy, examining therapeutic outcomes and survivor recovery pathways across multiple clinical settings.
