Samantha Heinle is a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Music at Case Western Reserve University's College of Arts and Sciences. Her research focuses on intersections of music and literature (1800–present), with a current book project exploring Kafkaesque themes in modern music. She holds a PhD from Cornell University and an AB from Harvard in Music & Comparative Literature.
