Dr Sam Lucy is a Senior Academic Staff member at the Department of Archaeology, University of Cambridge, and a Fellow of Newnham College. Specializing in Material Culture, Socio-Politics of the Past, and Artefact Analysis & Technology, their research integrates Archaeological Theory with fieldwork methodologies.
- Research Interests: Material culture interpretation, socio-political identity in early medieval contexts, artifact typology, and landscape archaeology.
- Publications focus on Anglo-Saxon cemeteries, Romano-British transitions, and multi-period sites across Britain.
