CAPT Sally L. Wilbur, USN, serves as Acting Director of Operations and Eisenhower Hall Renovation Manager at the National Defense University’s Eisenhower School, where she is also an Assistant Professor. She previously held faculty positions at the Naval War College, focusing on Ballistic Missile Defense and Undersea Warfare research.
