Sally Bonneywell is an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. With over 25 years of experience, she specializes in leadership and organizational development, coaching senior executives, and designing programs for executive growth and cultural change. Her work spans industries including pharmaceuticals, finance, education, and government.
She holds a BSc in Psychology and Anthropology, an MBA, and a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring. Sally is certified at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds the NTL Certificate in Organization Development.
Her research focuses on systemic approaches to leadership, executive learning in complex organizations, and gender dynamics in leadership roles. She has contributed to studies on Coaching Intervention, Executive Coaching Outcome Research, and Coaching Female Leaders and the Gendered Self.
