Sally-Anne Doherty is a Lecturer and the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Undergraduate Unit Set Co-ordinator at the School of Medical and Health Sciences, Edith Cowan University (ECU). Her teaching spans courses such as HST1152 (Introduction to OHS), HST2122 (Health Research Methodology), and OHS6132 (OHS Management Systems). She holds a Master of Occupational Health & Safety (2013), a Bachelor of Business (2011), and is pursuing a PhD in Public Health & OHS (2021).
Research Interests
Sally-Anne focuses on psychosocial safety, qualitative research methodologies, and innovative teaching practices. Her work addresses workplace wellbeing, curriculum design for health education, and fostering global citizenship in public health training. She has contributed to projects like the 'role of the safety regulator in suicides' (2023–2024, $125,000 grant).
