Salimeh Pour Mohammad

Salimeh Pour Mohammad is an Associate Professor of Business Analytics (Teaching Focused) at the University of Warwick Business School. She holds a PhD in Business Analytics, Social Networks Analytics, Knowledge Cybernetics, and Recursive Performance, alongside an MBA and a first-class BSc in Pure Mathematics. Her roles include Deputy Director of Review and Continuity Planning for the Academy of Management (AOM), External Examiner for the University of Bristol’s MSc Business Analytics, and Co-lead for the WHIEA Education Fund project’s Impact and Policy subgroup.

Salimeh’s research focuses on integrating AI and analytics into education systems, leadership development through network analysis, and policy frameworks for teaching innovation. Her work emphasizes systemic approaches to education management and recursive performance improvements, drawing on second-order cybernetics principles. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and actively mentors female academics through the Aurora Mentorship Program.

Her awards include the 2023-24 Warwick Business School Outstanding Contribution Award and a 2022-23 Excellence Award from Exeter Business School. She contributes to academic governance through roles in accreditation, ranking, and educational policy committees across multiple institutions. Salimeh also supervises postgraduate students in Business Analytics, Social Networks, and Generative Education.
