Salih TUNCAY is an Assistant Professor in the Food Technology Program at Uskudar University, with a focus on medicinal chemistry, biochemistry, and neuropharmacology. He holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Yildiz Technical University (2018) and an MSc from Atatürk University (2013). His academic career includes leadership roles such as Head of the Food Processing Department (2016–present) and Deputy Head of the Vocational Health School (2020–2023).
