Sal Saad

Professor Sal Saad is a Clinical Professor at the University of Houston-Downtown, affiliated with the College of Business and the Department of Management. His teaching portfolio includes graduate and undergraduate courses such as Leadership, Motivation, and Communication for Security Executives, Strategic Management, and Retail Management. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Dallas, an MBA in Accounting & Finance from the American University of Science & Technology, and a BS in Accounting from Amman University.

Professional activities include certifications in Strategy in Action, SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Mental Health First Responder. He serves on university committees like Admissions Criteria Test-Optional and Strategic Planning, and actively reviews for the Organization Management Journal.

Advising includes dissertation committee membership for Robbie Tedder on research related to consumption science and video game platform performance isomorphism.
