Dr. Sainath Raman is a Senior Lecturer at the Child Health Research Centre, affiliated with the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Queensland. His research focuses on Paediatric Sepsis, Critical Care, Infectious Diseases, and Therapeutic Interventions. He actively contributes to improving diagnostics and treatment protocols for critically ill children.
His recent publications highlight advancements in antibiotic administration, machine learning for risk prediction, and vitamin C/hydrocortisone therapies in septic shock. He leads collaborative initiatives like the RESPOND trial and BUILD study, aiming to optimize paediatric critical care.
