Sadhvi Dar

Sadhvi Dar is a Professor in the Department of Business and Society at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the School of Business and Management. She serves as Co-director of the Borderlines Research Collective. Her research focuses on interdisciplinary frameworks analyzing marginalized communities' experiences within institutions, including NGOs, international development organizations, and higher education systems. Theoretically, she draws on postcolonial studies, decolonial theory, and psychoanalytic approaches to interrogate accountability and institutional power dynamics.
