Sadegh Javaheriafif is a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) at the University of Bath, affiliated with the Accounting, Finance & Law department. He serves as Management Director of Studies for the MSc Finance Suite and PGT Admission Tutor in the same department. His roles include teaching and academic leadership in finance-related programs.
He holds a PhD in Finance and Risk from the University of Nottingham, an MSc in Finance from City, University of London, and a BSc in Accounting, Financial Management, and Economics from the University of Sheffield.
His research focuses on Corporate Finance, Capital Structure, Corporate Insolvency, Firm Performance, and Zombie Firms. He currently serves as an External Examiner at Aston University and Cardiff University (2023–2027).
