Michael Willis is a Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Associate Professor) in the Department of Accounting, Finance & Law at the University of Bath. He serves as the Management Director of Studies for the MSc in Finance suite and is actively involved in multiple research centers including the Centre for Future of Work, Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Bath, and the International Centre for Higher Education Management (ICHEM).
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the Centre for Research in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Bath, and a Doctor of Business Administration in Management. His teaching and research interests focus on working capital management limitations, trade credit dynamics, corporate activity integration challenges, post-transaction firm valuation, and real value creation anomalies.
