Sabrina Pratt is a Theatre Lecturer at California Polytechnic State University with over 20 years of professional experience in improvisational and sketch comedy. As owner and artistic director of Central Coast Comedy Theater, she oversees training and performance ensembles while teaching acting, directing, and comedy techniques.
Her artistic practice integrates performance with social activism, previously producing and directing for the Chicago League of Lady Arm Wrestlers (CLLAW), a nonprofit addressing gender-based violence. Teaching experience spans middle school, high school, and university levels, with specialization in black box studio theater production.
Professional training includes work with renowned institutions including Second City Chicago, iO, and Comedy Sportz. Current creative work includes the improvised long-form show 'Strange Fish' with her husband.
