Sabrina Manickam

Dr. Sabrina Manickam is a Lecturer in Clinical Dentistry at Charles Sturt University (CSU), affiliated with the School of Dentistry and Medical Sciences. She holds fellowships from the International College of Dentists (FICD), Academy of Dentistry International (FADI), and the Pierre Fauchard Academy (FPFA). Her career spans academic, clinical, and professional leadership roles, including past presidency of the Australian Dental Association NSW Branch and over 30 years of service to the organization.

Dr. Manickam specializes in Dental Ethics and Professionalism, with a research focus on oral carcinoma. She co-authored studies in the Australian Dental Journal and Journal of Oral Pathology, contributing to the "Soft Tissue Assessment Program" for early detection of oral malignancies. Her future work aims to expand this to include melanoma screening in dental examinations.
