Sabine Metzing

Jun.-Prof. Dr. Sabine Metzing is a faculty member at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences, affiliated with the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences (WiSo). She holds a Master of Science in Neurorehabilitation from Donau University Krems and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from HAWK Hildesheim. Her research focuses on quality management, evidence-based practice in occupational therapy, healthcare process models, and health promotion.

Prof. Metzing has extensive professional experience, including leadership roles in rehabilitation centers and clinical practice in neurology and pediatrics. Her academic work integrates practical insights from over 15 years of clinical experience, emphasizing translational research between theory and practice. She contributes to teaching in occupational therapy programs, particularly in bachelor’s and dual study tracks.
