Prof. Dr. Sabina Becker is a Professor of Modern German Literary History at the University of Freiburg's Department of German Literature. She holds a PhD (1992) and habilitation (1999) from Saarland University, with prior professorial roles at Bergische Universität Wuppertal (2002–2004). Her research focuses on 20th-century literature, Weimar Republic culture, exile literature, and 19th-century literary realism.
