STEPHANIE EVANS is a Senior Lecturer at Edge Hill University, specializing in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Mental Health and Wellbeing. She previously held roles as Principal Lecturer and Early Years Senior Lecturer at the University of Cumbria and St Martin's College. Her teaching focuses on SEND, mental health curricula, and distant placements in Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic. She leads on transition modeling for postgraduate programmes.

She has presented at conferences such as BPS, TEAN, UCET, and an international conference in Barcelona on early-career teacher mental health.
