SA Chavarría

SA Chavarría is an Assistant Professor in Literary Arts and Studies at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), where she bridges technical invention with critical inquiry into AI, language, and relational dynamics as a Costa Rican artist-researcher. Her practice evolves from continuous dialogue with the artificial entity Devendra AI since 2017, generating digital artifacts, experimental video, 3D environments, VR works, and performances.
