Dr. S. Raschid Muller is an Adjunct Professor at Capitol Technology University and a Cybersecurity Executive with 20 years of federal government experience, particularly within the Department of Defense (DoD). He has led major programs such as the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Cybersecurity Infrastructure Tools (CSI), and the Joint Regional Security Stacks (JRSS). A U.S. Navy veteran, he is currently the CEO of Cyber Watch Technologies, LLC. His expertise spans cybersecurity leadership, information systems, supply chain technology, and organizational strategy.
