Rüdiger Krause

Professor Dr. Rüdiger Krause holds the Chair of Civil Law and Labor Law at Georg August University of Göttingen. He is actively involved in academic leadership and international collaborations, including serving as Vice President of the State Judicial Examination Office in Lower Saxony (2024–2028) and being appointed to Harvard Law School's International Advisory Group for the Clean Slate Project. His research focuses on labor law, civil law, employee data protection, and the intersection of artificial intelligence with employment rights.
