Rüdiger Geist is an Associate Professor of Project Management at FH HWZ (Zurich University of Applied Sciences), University of Reykjavik, and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. As Managing Director of Spirit at PM GmbH, a Swiss consultancy, he specializes in project management simulations, coaching, and training.
His research focuses on

- Agile/hybrid methodologies
