Rylan Gajek-Leonard is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Union College, located in Bailey Hall 206B. His research explores algebraic number theory and arithmetic geometry, particularly Iwasawa theory as it connects p-adic L-functions to the structure of rational points on curves. Current investigations focus on p-adic L-functions associated with modular forms.
Educational background includes a BA from Bard College, B.M. from Bard Conservatory, MASt from University of Cambridge, and PhD from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
