- Meriter Foundation Grants (2023) - Principal Investigator
- International breastfeeding equity programs
- OWLS Neonatal Simulation Team leadership
As a pioneer in VR medical education, McAdams collaborates globally with Dr. Sarah Trinh to develop immersive training environments. His advocacy extends to physician wellness and disability inclusion in healthcare, while maintaining artistic expression through acrylic painting that informs his medical narrative approach.
