Ryan Jopp

Ryan Jopp is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship, Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. He holds a PhD in climate change adaptation at regional tourism destinations (2012). His research spans business sustainability, tourism, and higher education pedagogy, with a focus on authentic learning, assessment choice, and generative AI in education. He leads the Business for Social Impact study tour and has received multiple teaching awards, including Swinburne’s Adobe Innovation Grant (2020) and the Vice Chancellor's Teaching Excellence Award (2023).
