Ryan Broll is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at the University of Guelph, within the College of Social & Applied Human Sciences. He holds a PhD in Sociology from Western University (2014). His research focuses on bullying/cyberbullying prevention, resilience in youth, policing practices, and dark fandoms. Prior roles include teaching at St. Jerome's University (University of Waterloo) and research at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
