Ruth MacDonald

Ruth MacDonald is a Professor in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at Iowa State University, where she also serves as Associate Dean for Personnel and Finance. Her research focuses on the role of dietary factors in cancer prevention, particularly the effects of phytochemicals, soy, and zinc deficiency on colon and prostate cancer.
