Rune Grand Graversen

Rune Grand Graversen is a Professor in Polar Meteorology and Climate Dynamics at the Department of Physics and Technology, UiT The Arctic University of Norway. His research focuses on Arctic warming, atmospheric energy transport, polar lows, climate sensitivity, and sea-ice predictions. He leads the Complex Systems Modeling research group and is involved in projects studying intermittent fluctuations in physical systems and ice-sheet modeling.

Articles often employ wave decomposition techniques, climate feedback analysis, and high-resolution modeling to address questions about polar climate impacts on global systems.
