Rui He

Rui He is a Professor in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at Texas Tech University, holding the Ed and Linda Whitacre Faculty Fellowship. His research focuses on optical and magnetic phenomena in nanostructures, particularly leveraging Raman spectroscopy to study low-dimensional materials and quantum systems.
