Ruben Vromans is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication and Cognition at Tilburg University’s Tilburg School of Humanities and Digital Sciences. His research focuses on effective communication of risks and uncertainties across health, climate, and technological domains. He holds a PhD in Risk and Health Communication and advanced degrees in Linguistics and Communication Sciences. His work integrates personalized risk communication strategies, non-verbal cues, and visual tools to improve decision-making. Collaborations include the Netherlands Comprehensive Cancer Organisation and Elisabeth Twee-Steden Hospital. Key awards include the Lee B.
