Ruben Alvarado, Th.M., is an Assistant Professor at Multnomah Bible Seminary within Jessup University's School of Theology and Leadership. He also serves as Co-Pastor at a church in Milwaukie, Oregon, and holds the role of Associate Program Director for the DMin program. With 17 years of pastoral ministry experience, his work focuses on disability advocacy, social justice initiatives, and interfaith dialogue rooted in his biracial identity and diverse faith background (Catholicism and Pentecostalism).

Research & Ministry: Professor Alvarado's expertise lies in Disability Theology, community development, and fostering inclusive church environments. Labs/Teams: Leads church-based initiatives addressing homelessness, anti-trafficking, foster care, incarceration advocacy, and refugee support in Portland, Oregon.
