Dr. Ru Xie is an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in Management Accounting, Finance & Law at the University of Bath’s School of Management. She holds editorial roles as Associate Editor of the European Journal of Finance and Guest Editor for its special issue on global banking challenges. Her research focuses on empirical banking, sustainable finance, financial regulations, and risk management, with policy impact featured in major media outlets like Financial Times and Bloomberg.
Dr. Xie earned her PhD in Finance from Goethe University Frankfurt.
