Royce L. Morris

Judge Royce L. Morris serves as the Jurist in Residence at Widener University Commonwealth Law School (2020–2024). He teaches Government Law Colloquium and provides mentorship to students. Previously, he served as a Judge on the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas since 2018 and practiced law for over 25 years, specializing in criminal defense, municipal representation, and complex litigation.
