Roxane Borgès Da Silva is a Full Professor at the Université de Montréal’s School of Public Health, leading the Department of Management, Evaluation, and Health Policy. Her roles include Vice-President of Research Funding at CIRANO and Chair of the School’s Faculty Council. She holds a PhD in Public Health from Université de Montréal and a postdoctoral fellowship from McGill University. Her research focuses on healthcare organization, primary care efficiency, and policy evaluation, with a strong emphasis on quantitative methods.
