Régis Blais is a tenured Professor at the Department of Management, Evaluation and Health Policy, School of Public Health, University of Montreal. He is also a researcher at the Québec Network for Public Health Research (RRSPQ). His work focuses on patient safety, optimal use of healthcare resources, pharmaceutical policies, and healthcare human resources management.
