Roxana Marcu

Roxana Marcu serves as an Affiliated Teaching Staff member and PhD candidate at the Faculty of Management, National School of Political Studies and Administration (SNSPA). She holds degrees from SNSPA's Faculty of Management, including a Master's in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.

With over seven years of professional experience in communications, Roxana coordinates community involvement initiatives for Banca Comercială Română (Romanian Commercial Bank). She is actively involved in financial education through Școala de Bani (Money School), where she teaches children and young adults principles of financial responsibility. Her work demonstrates a strong commitment to social projects and volunteer initiatives, grounded in her belief that education serves as the primary engine for societal transformation.
