Rowan Silverberg

Rowan Silverberg is an Adjunct Professor in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University's College of Integrative Medicine and Health Sciences. With 25+ years in integrative healthcare, she focuses on empowering health through mindfulness and resilience practices.

Professionally, she serves as a leadership development consultant at Progressive Corporation and previously worked as a mental skills coach for the Cleveland Indians (2006-2016). Her PhD research examined trauma-sensitive yoga peer support groups for sexual violence survivors.

Dr. Silverberg is a certified Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and led support groups at Cleveland Rape Crisis Center (2016-2020).
