Dr. Ross Anderson is an Associate Professor of Architecture at the University of Sydney, serving as Academic Director (Curriculum) within the School of Architecture, Design and Planning. His work bridges architectural practice, history, and philosophy, with a focus on modern European architecture and its intersections with sacred spaces, aesthetics, and cultural theory. Prior to academia, he practiced in Berlin with renowned architects Daniel Libeskind and Zvi Hecker.
Anderson holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where his dissertation 'From the Bauhütte to the Bauhaus' explored historical transitions in architectural education and practice.
