Dr. Roslyn Mattukoyya is a Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of the School of Nursing at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU). A registered critical care nurse since 1998, she joined ARU in 2013 with extensive experience in nursing education, research, and management across India, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, and the UK. She leads ARU's Simulation team and has designed innovative simulation models for nursing education.

Recent research outputs include digital collaboration frameworks during pandemics and cultural competence development in nursing education. Her work spans virtual training programs and international nurse integration studies.
