Rosie Harrison is a Researcher at Keele University’s School of Medicine, affiliated with the Research Institute for Primary Care and Health Sciences. She holds the title of Qualitative Research Associate, focusing on improving patient outcomes through qualitative methodologies. She joined Keele in October 2022 after completing her ESRC-funded PhD in Organisation Studies at Lancaster University (pending finalization), exploring emotional management practices in domiciliary care.

Research Interests: Qualitative methods, medical sociology, social care systems, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public involvement in healthcare. Her work emphasizes ethnographic approaches to understand care practices and labor dynamics in social care settings. Recent projects include the CRIISP, PANDA-S, and WAVE consortia. She has presented at conferences such as the International Labour Process Conference and the Health, Care and Emotions conference.
Teaching: Rosie has taught Organisation Studies modules and contributed to ESRC Methods X conferences, focusing on collaborative learning and resilience-building in education. She has experience in primary education for children with disabilities.
