Roshanthi Dias

Dr. Roshanthi Dias is a Lecturer in Finance and Deputy Chair of the Accounting, Economics, and Finance department at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship. She holds a PhD in Finance (2008 Chancellor's Award recipient), an MBA, and a BSc from the London School of Economics. Her research focuses on bank risk-taking, capital regulation, ESG integration, and credit default swaps. She has received multiple awards including the 2024 Adobe Innovation Grant and 2022 Teaching Excellence Award.
