Dr. Rosemary Marusak is a board certified poultry veterinarian and Researcher at the University of Minnesota, serving as a Risk Analyst for the Secure Food Systems team. She leads cross-commodity workgroups for poultry (broiler, turkey, layer) and finfish to develop science-based risk assessments and business continuity protocols during foreign animal disease outbreaks.
