Rosemary M Bell

Rosemary M Bell is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Nursing-Undergrad department at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). She has held academic roles including Associate Professor at Western Carolina University (WCU) and Navarro College, and Professor at Crouse Hospital College of Nursing. Her clinical background includes 20 years of nursing education and experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient mental health and correctional healthcare settings.
